In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), La French Barcelona informs users that personal data collected through forms or WhatsApp are processed for the purpose of managing Gästeliste and VIP Tisch reservations.
The purpose of processing is the provision of the service requested by the user (list sign-up or VIP reservation) and sending information about future events, provided the user has explicitly consented.
Data will be kept as long as the relationship with the user lasts or until the user requests its deletion, and during legal prescription periods.
